Dried daikon radish, marinated chicken in sweet and sour sauce, freeze-dried tofu, shirataki noodles in a peperoncino style, adult-style potato salad, simmered eggplant, okra with sesame dressing, deep-fried octopus.

• Ice-chilled seared bluefin tuna ~served with bamboo charcoal salt and wasabi jelly~

Main course: Signature fillet steak

Fried food: Large shrimp skewers with mayonnaise

- Palate cleanser: Homemade butter with figs and apples

• Meal: Choice of seasoned rice

• Sweets: Today's mini dessert
